Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the Zephrant main website, Zephrant Technologies services, custom software work, and Zephrant ERP access provided by Zephrant Group.
Company and Services
Zephrant Group operates Zephrant Technologies and provides custom software development, business automation, support services, and the cloud-based Zephrant ERP product. Zephrant ERP is a product of Zephrant Technologies and Zephrant Group.
Accounts and Credentials
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, assigning access only to authorized users, and notifying Zephrant promptly if account access may be compromised.
Subscriptions, Activation, and Payments
Free access or trial access may be provided for evaluation. Paid subscription access begins after full payment is confirmed and any required account verification is complete. Customers must provide accurate business, billing, and contact information so payments can be matched to the correct account.
Acceptable Use
Customers may not use Zephrant websites or services for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, unauthorized access attempts, intellectual property infringement, or activity that harms the platform, other customers, or third-party services.
Business Records
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and backup needs of their business records, including sales, inventory, tax, customer, supplier, payment, and reporting data entered into Zephrant ERP or custom systems.
Availability and Maintenance
Zephrant aims to provide reliable digital services, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, hosting issues, internet outages, payment-provider processing, security checks, or events outside Zephrant's control.
Intellectual Property
Zephrant names, logos, website content, software interfaces, platform code, product concepts, and documentation remain the property of Zephrant Group or its licensors unless a written agreement says otherwise. Customer data remains the responsibility of the customer.
Suspension or Termination
Zephrant may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, inaccurate account information, breach of these terms, or misuse of services. Customers may request subscription cancellation according to the applicable plan or agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zephrant is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, data entered incorrectly by customers, or issues caused by third-party providers, networks, devices, or payment processors.
